It’s crazy how much we can appreciate something only when it’s taken away from us. • Simple pleasures in life such as walking the street seem now to be a blissful memory— • @yunsyy took this pic of me weeks ago when Parasite stole the show at the Oscars. I am, of course, extremely proud of Bong Joon Ho’s achievement which really elevated the world’s view on Asia. • Unfortunately this sentiment has since been dismantled due to fearful xenophobia and the simple desire to blame someone for all this. • Uncertain when will be the next time we can take a breath of fresh air, I encourage all to look at the facts, and to open themselves to understanding that nobody wanted this, and that we all stand affected by this pandemic. .
