Tips on happiness, confidence, good health and well being?

I’ve come to the conclusion that every day of my life I’m going to do something for my body, mind & soul. No matter what I’m going to make sure I tend to each of them. For my body I workout in some way, for my mind I read or get some emails done or finish something I’ve been meaning to do, for my soul I watch the sunset on my balcony, or watch a favorite tv show, yoga, a big cup of coffee…etc. my life is not even close to perfect but slight decisions like that can slowly change a bad day around or make a good day even better.

His soul is my paradise and when I’m with him I feel forever on vacation. He gives me the same feeling as when I wake up in a beautiful hotel on the beach… pure bliss that makes you melt with joy x he’s gorgeous inside & out and I’m grateful every day to have him in my life

this is a weird question but do you ever get sad? haha you just seem like the most joyful person i've ever seen. you always have such a positive attitude and i just don't get how!! do you ever just wanna curl up in a little ball and cry or are you always just upbeat and amazing?

I’m only human so yes of course I’ve had melt downs and I have bad days. I choose what you you guys get to see and that means I don’t really show the low times of my life- it’s anything but perfect, but who wants a perfect life? Perfect is boring. You need those dark days to appreciate the bright ones, hate to truly experience love, and it’s only healthy to cry yourself to sleep every so often. Life’s hard as fuck,but it’s also beautiful and you just have to learn how to love every piece of it whether it’s good a bad. I take everything as a blessing or a lesson.
