“Damn. Well am I glad I went into the military rather than nursing school.” Noah replied, having watched the man as he spoke of his day. Hell he couldn’t even remember the last time he evensaw vomit, his own or someone elses. “I’m sure the good days make up for the bad ones, am I right?”Â
“I went a step further and went to med school. Residency has been a little bit of a bitch but the good news is it’s almost over,” He shrugged, taking a sip of his drink. “They really do. Without the good days I’m pretty sure I would’ve quit a long time ago.”
