I just wanted to say your style and coloring is awesome!!! Also wanted to ask you what’s your secrete to coloring/adding color to your digital art? Or like what app/brushes do you use? I’m trying to figure digital art out myself but I just can’t wrap my head around it. Any tips you have would be super awesome, and no pressure to answer!

First, thank you so much!! I honestly struggle with colors (or at least keeping colors consistent from piece to piece) so this means a lot! Second, I usually add a warm-toned overlay on my base colors, and then mess with the different settings on procreate until I find something that looks nice. (This is especially good for backgrounds!) I know this isn’t the best advice but “fuck around and find out” is what I usually do for every art piece, and eventually I learn which colors work well together. You can also study other artists to see which colors they primarily use.

Also- I use a modified 6B pencil on procreate! (I just changed the grain to a solid color in brush settings)
