I know it‘s been a good while since I’ve posted here. I moved out of home. So naturally I bought a giant 5kg bag of rigatoni pasta.
This ‘pasta cake’ is one thing I’ve made with it so far. It involves filling a springform cake tin with cooked rigatoni pasta, arranging them so they’re stacked upright, then topping with bolognese sauce and cheese and baking.
My advice: fill the rigatoni with cheese before topping with bolognese sauce.
