LAST WEEK AS PGSO INTERNS

It was really a privilege to become part of the PGSO Family. We would like to extend our gratitude to all of them who accepted us and treat us like their family. to Sir Arnel Bania our ever supportive coordinator, Ms Tess Imperial head of the Inspectorate team and Ms. Teresita Oringo the head of the Provincial General Services Office. PSGO INTERN: WEEK 11

Okayy so here we go week 11, most of the time we were out of the office because of the occation in Bicol University. The 49th Bicol University Founding Anniversary with the theme “Sustaining the gains, buildings milestones” Academic Year 2018-2019. I was one of the player in the Football Team of College of Science together with the other courses.

WEEK 10

So as part of being an Intern, there is a time that I come with the other employees of PGSO to put up some tarpaulin, since the IV of spades and Ben & Ben will be coming for Albay Governor’s Pre Birthday Celebration and themed “Albay say no to drugs” This photo was taken by yours truly @Legazpi Airport together with one of the Officer III Ms. Elsie Rodrigueza. It was a privilege to become part of this.

WEEK 9

Alright then! We got paper works here. Here are some of the Inspection Acceptance Sheets endorsed to me for the Inspection Acceptance Report. I’ll be making a summary of all Reports that they will be needing for transaction verification. I was using the Microsoft Word for the encoding.

WEEK 8

We are now currently planning for what will be the official seal of PGSO in our system. Seals edited by John Paul Pelaez. He used Adobe Photoshop for editing. And we come up with the decision of choosing the one with color. A little alteration of some details in the seal is what I’ve suggested.

201 Files of the Employees Within the Provincial General Services Office Only.

PGSO INTERNSHIP: Week 7 Time to work! Just a normal day,We are working on the 201 Files of the employees of Provincial general services office. From the Department head, Division heads, permanents, down to job orders. Zion Camba is not around that time.

PGSO INTERNSHIP: Week 6

During our second week, I can tell my self that I overcome my shyness and finally can cope up with the employees in PGSO. Some employees ask for our help in trouble shooting thier PC. And when were done trouble shooting, in return they gave us some snacks or sometimes an expensive pen. At first we were shy for recieving rewards for what we did because it was part our internship, but they keep insisting that we deserve it so we took our in return rewards.

PGSO INTERNSHIP :Week 5

Alright! we are done with our proposal defense but unfortunately the panels want some revisions with regards to the choice of modules. According to them the modules we have chosen doesn’t connect to each other. Anyways We are glad that our division heads permitted us to leave the office anytime to work on our theses. We would like to thank them for the kindness. lol.

PGSO INTERNSHIP :Week 4

Yey! Week 4, The usual everyday scenario, office work and thesis. nothing different in this week. I bought DTR (Daily Time Record) and start writing down my time in(s) and out(s). By the way, we are having our attendance by writing in a log book provided by our coordinator Sir Arnel Bania.

PGSO INTERNSHIP :Week 3

Yow! Week three. We are now working and Finalizing the our Chapters one, two and three for our proposal defense. We find time after office work to work on out thesis. We use our break time doing the necessary things needed. The schedule on our defense is on August 2 since August 1 has a power interuption.

Internship2018 @ PGSO

PGSO INTERNSHIP :Week 2

Alright! Week two of being an intern here in PGSO. I was able to cope up with the daily process in the Inspectorate Team. My thesis-mates are assigned also to different divisions. Zion and Christian Ray were under SPMS (Supply Procurement Management System Division) and Paul was under Canvassing Division. While doing our job as an intern were working also in our thesis at the same time. We were able to gather some data. Employees here are good and friendly.

PGSO INTERNSHIP :Week 1

First day in the office, Yay!

So this is my first week of being an intern here in Provincial General Sevices Office of Albay, under the supervision of beloved Department head Ms. Teresita Oringo.

On my first week of internship, our coordinator Sir Arnel Bania from the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) endorsed us to the Supervisor Melinda Moratin. Ms. Melinda assigned us into separate divisions in order for us to learn and gather data for our research. I was luckily assigned to the Inpection Team headed by Ms. Tess Imperial. I work there as one of the report makers of Inspection Acceptance Report of different transactions daily. Hoping for incoming wonderful weeks to come.

THE POWER TO BE THE BEST (Project2 BSIT-1C)

Sometimes, people come in your life as blessings, others come in your life as lessons. People closest and surrounds us do affects and shapes our lives. Those person are the one which I value because without them I will not be having a meaningful life.

I was one of the naughty pupils during elementary days. That time I was a easy-go-lucky person. I used to play first before doing my assignments and projects. When I'm in High school, I choose to be serious enough when it comes to my studies. I was a student that is very conscious of the grades that i gain. I remember the day when one of our teachers in our school enters our class, It seems that she's not in the good mood. That time our group was the assigned cleaners of the week. The classroom was very dirty and untidy, she will be checking our preparation to our assignment which I forgot to do. When She called me, I have nothing to present. I was surprised when she secretly told me that I do not deserve to be one of students in that school. I was really annoyed when she told me that way. She doesn't have any right at all! Because of that I push my self and show my eagerness to her subject until I often become the top of the class. It serves as a motivation for me to be more focus in my studies and to let no one underestimate me again, and show them that I can prove something better that them. Now that I'm in college, "May napatunayan na may papatunayan pa". I will be more confident enough to face the upcoming difficulties in college life. With God, Nothing is Impossible.

Just keep moving forward and don't give a shit about what anybody thinks,Do what you have to do, for you.

PROJECT 1 (Personality Test Result) BSIT-1C

MUSICAL-- SELF(Intrapersonal) -- SOCIAL(Interpersonal)

For me the personality test which I have taken is somehow true. There were top three intelligences which I have acquired based on the personality test. First MUSICAL, (Ranked as the 1st to the top 3) It says here that I’m a musically inclined person. According also to this, I love poems, songs and jingles which is definitely true. It also says here that I try to incorporate sounds into my lessons. Second is the SELF or Intrapersonal (Ranked 2nd to the top 3) It says here that I have a good sense of self. I most likely to think of myself before others. I often prefer to learn trial and error by myself. It also says here that I like to do things (particularly an activity or project) on my own which is somehow true.

The Third and the last one, SOCIAL, (Ranked last among the three) It says here that I like to develop ideas and learn from other people. I have good social skills, and I really love to talk. We vary differently because of our abilities, intelligences and skills which we had or acquired while we are growing up. We can use this things in the future.
