Commonwealth of Virginia Prince William County Federal and Local Agencies utilized relatives and informants in falsifying a criminal predator history for Mother Jakia Carroll while molesting and soliciting Daughter Shanya M. Hill. The years of filing and fighting the government the right way only make the government commit crimes and deny human rights which are done out in the open with no regard to laws or life and liberty. The District of Columbia Black Lives Matter Platform assisted DC CFSA in the abuse of Kemontay by targeting mothers in the Public as a predator. When Mother Jakia Carroll reports the crimes to District 5 Metropolitan Police Department the agencies collaborate and report the Mother to the Department of Behavioral Health claiming the Mother is mental and none of the crimes is going on. All three branches of the government collaborate along with all affiliates to assist in these crimes including corporations and financial institutes. Mother Jakia Carroll realizes that the goal is to take her life and due to the ongoing crimes with no rights realize that she can die in this fight. Facing reality is not mentally unstable at all. The federal informants came out claiming Jakia Carroll is a predator and snitch the goal is to target the Mother in the streets with criminals and make the Mother a threat to the public. The DMV streets are owned by Federal and local law enforcement and are the reason for so many missing children and increasing crime rates. This is a norm that we all go along with to get along with the in-crowd to achieve the American Dream.
