identified as 30-year old Kino Ahuitzotl Jimenez of San Antonio. Former member of the Green Party given that they recently banned him for his actions in assaulting this child. Formerly employeed by a San Antonio bar called Rumble as a “part time door guy” which says that he thinks he is a tough guy bouncer type. Screenshots of Jimenez’s now-deleted Facebook profile are also circulating on social media. He wrote on his page that he worked at the San Antonio bar. He wrote in his profile’s “About” section, “thug life.” On Instagram, he wrote about himself, “Jedi-Knight Musician Spaceman.”

According to Texas law, throwing liquid in someone’s face can definitely be considered assault. The site AssaultandBattery.org says, “If you spit at someone or get hit them with any kind of fluid, that will be an assault charge also. Even if you miss, and there was no harm done! Or if you lose your temper, and throw something, you can be arrested for assault. Threats can also count as assault. If the other person claims you threatened violence, you can be arrested and charged.”

The unfortuante thing is that the San Antonio PD have yet to charge the Jedi-Knight Musician Spaceman and have not been willing to confirm his identity even though he has already been fired for the assault from his part time door guy job, just that there is an open investigation and that a complaint has been filed. I believe that it would fall under the catagory of strong arm robbery as it was against a minor and also assault of a minor. Felonies I think. Plus the use of racial or ethnic slurs at the time of the assault and robbery might make it a hate crime. I think though that we can all agree that Kino is a cowardly bitch.
