❛ i swear it’s like i’m talking to a helpless kindergartener sometimes. i thought i already told you that this ` breakage ` concept you’re so keen on enacting does not apply to our business model. those friends of yours beaver and skinny bob or whoever they’re not your friends, they’re your employees. it’s YOUR responsibility to make sure our product is distributed properly and effectively. no more of this ` breakage ` bullshit. make them FEAR you, jesse. make them respect you. ❜
Business models and Capitalistic concepts were things that Jesse was never EVER fond of. After all, in his youth it was his JOB to try and corrupt the power around him, despite it getting him in trouble more than once; anyone with sense would know it was futile, but it didn’t stop him from trying nevertheless. So, with all the talk about fear, business, and employees, all Jesse could do is attempt to counter back; it seemed that the two of them always viewed things so differently. Both of them seeing the same coin but looking at a different side.
❝Badger --- and Skinny Pete,❞ he corrected with a tone of guff. ❝Breakage happens because we’re DEALING with junkies, Mr. White. I know you wanna sit idly by and cook the product but shit like this, just HAPPENS.❞ Whether that wrinkly, old bastard wanted to accept it or not, sometimes shipments get damaged. ❝What do y’want me to do, huh? Have us just --- just ice assholes left and right when something goes down? Yeah, way to NOT draw attention to ourselves.❞
