depression is actually really hard to cope with, especially when people self-diagnose themselves or people think you only have it for attention. i hope in 2018 we can make the stigma around depression, and other mental illnesses, go away. and stop the tumblr blogs that make aesthetics from it, or romanticize it. i have managed to live with it by coping in a healthy way and i hope we can spread the message of healthy strategies. (i tend to tell my best friend what’s wrong, then i craft kpop room decor, it provides a distraction, and a scenery change! cleaning also really helps!)
