What does your muse usually dream about?

Typically, she doesn’t dream, or rather doesn’t remember them. If she dreams, it’s nightmares. It often is about his parents, monsters and the like.

She has similar nightmares about her sisters, and once actually had a dream where Daisy was the adult and she was the child and Daisy just yelled at her for ‘failing’ the family and being unable to succeed in life and being a disappointment.

How do they handle rejection?

Outwardly, very good. She’ll take it with a nod, a somewhat bitter smile and a polite goodbye. After that, she’ll cry herself to sleep before staying in bed and just sulking the next day.

How do they react to praise?

If it’s praise she think she deserves, as in something she did well, it’s just with a smile, a thank you and a hug. If it’s flattery, she will say thank you and the likes but force herself to dismiss it — especially if it’s something about her appearance.

What is the heaviest burden your muse carries?

He also buries the weight of trying to live up to her sister's expectations and keeping the family name. Her parents are not the most supportive with Mystery Inc and she has a hard time trying to live in her sisters' shadows.

Daphne and Fred { Proposal }

You walk back into your shared flat, the one you and your long term boyfriend Freddie bought 6 months ago. You walk in slowly expecting there to be some sort of party or cute date planned because today is your 1 year anniversary; but when you walk in there is nothing, no one there and not a sound in the flat. You walk around the flat to see if Freddie was here. You head over to the living room to see Fred sprawled out on the couch, sleeping with a small smile on his face. You head over there and curl up beside him, stealing his warmth. The smell of vanilla and his usual cologne makes you drowsy and soon you find yourself asleep.   “Yeah I know I know, but I can’t tell her today, I forgot to plan something. I’m too scared to see how she will react.” You slowly wake up only hearing that last part of Fred's conversation on the phone. What? What can’t he tell me? I tell him everything. What if he is cheating on me? What if he found someone new?’ You feel Fred’s arms wrap around you and you look up with tears pooling in your eyes. “Daphne…Daph don’t cry. I’m not cheating on you, who else would be able to put up with me and my traps” He whispers, as your eyes widen. He laughs slightly, “Yes. you were thinking out loud.” You laugh and wipe your eyes. “I love you Freddie”. You say for the first time, you may have been dating for a year but neither have you said it. “Oh I love you too. I loved you from the minute I saw you. Don’t worry babe, you are my one and only.” “Then what were you talking about on the phone?” You question, remembering the earlier conversation. “Well, I was going to try be more romantic but…” He blushes as he kneels down in front of you. “Y/N, will you do me the honor of -uh- being my wife?” “You mean-?” You stutter amazed. "Uh huh, will you marry me?” “Yes, yes, yes!! Of course Freddie, I thought you were never going to ask me.” You say throwing your hands around his neck and kissing him.
