Recognizing this ray of sunshine... Exactly seven years ago today, Kelly popped a big question: Will you come with me to South America? I'm leaving in two weeks, now's your chance, I might never come back. We were driving home from a thrilling tour with our circus crew. I had just let go of a lot of things in my life after falling in love together at Burning Man and other festivals, but this was still a big decision. I ultimately sold most of my possessions, and joined her in love and service on a 7 month documentary project across South America. I took a leap and my life has never been the same. For one, life's much more colorful. I was reminded of this when a child asked me yesterday "why is your car painted so many colors!?" In response to seeing The Joy Ride art car for the first time. The answer: my wife is a very vibrant lady! She took me by the hand 7 years ago, and guided me on a wild adventure, learning as she pulled me along showing me the ways of vagabond backpacking. We didn't have a plan, but we had a strong intention, and that led us on some many journeys that will give me great stories to tell the grandchildren one day. Perhaps even a book. Thank you Kelly for holding my hand and leading me into an expansive life of creativity! I lava you to infinity!!! And now that I'm the one grabbing your hand and asking you to take the leap creating our kid's tv show this month, I feel like it's all come full circle. Twin Flames and teachers forever. @yeskelly you illuminate my soul. #lensoflove #gratitude #love #thegreenhearts #positivity #colorful #sunshine #inspiration #travel #adventure #nomads #vagabonds #nature #fox #circus #burningman #festivals #sunhat #tree (at Austin, Texas)
