Splashing through the jungle. Several shots were ruined by the swarm of butterflies hanging around here- that was a first! Luckily, it rained! How often do we say that? #carphotography #truckporn #whatthetruck

Another Thai BTS... It took about 10 seconds to empty the truck, and re-prop it for the next version. Everyone (me too, behind the camera) is wearing hats that totally cover your face and neck. The sun was merciless, with nowhere to hide when shooting on a giant bounce card like this pad. #BTS #carphotography #propstyling (at ทะเลสาบเมืองทองธานี)

More Infiniti. Now up to the Eastern Sierras. Such beautiful light this day! The art director's layout called for a passenger's side shot, but this road worked best from the other side. So once the sun was gone, we quickly measured everything, and shot the car from the opposite side. Then just a matter of flipping the main image, and adding the correct parts from the other side: gas cap, wipers, dashboard & driver, wheels (asymmetrical design). Totally worth the trouble, when the reward is great lighting! #carphotography #proimaging #phaseone
