I gotta say this even if it might ruffle feathers. Mack and Will do not have all this tunnel vision you are all talking about. The reality is that the 1OA is passing to the 4OA because they were, before Will went on IR, the top scoring players on the team. And I'm sorry, but if I'm 1OA, I'm passing to someone that can keep up and play with me.
It's like you all forgot that Mack was passing to the ghost of Will while Will was on IR. Like, yeah, he had to make other plays with other teammates, but if he has a choice, he's going to Will and vice versa.
And on top of that, they haven't found a third that can keep up with them or handle their kind of passes. I love Graffer, but he has missed several passes from both Will and Mack for a few games in a row. I'm not specifically harping on Graffer bc I love him, but stick anyone with Will and Mack and most of the time, they aren't able to handle the passes. Also, y'all acting like other players aren't constantly passing to them to make plays or helping them score is being obtuse.
All I'm saying is losing one game to a really good team, from what I can tell, has got you all hair pulling for no reason. I don't even think we should be focused on winning per se. Like everyone going crazy about being in the Playoffs.
Like, how about we just improve each game and, I mean, can't we be happy that compared to last year we seem to be leaps and bounds better? Like, the season isn't even over and we've already have won more games then all of last year.
I just think everyone, Warso included, and the NHL sphere at large needs to take a deep calming breath. We're in year two of a rebuild, isn't not being dead last in the league already a huge deal for the Sharks?
