a lot of people say that liu hates jeff, but I personally disagree. don't get me wrong, he definitely holds some resentment towards him for everything that happened between them. but I don't think liu could ever actually hate jeff. despite everything, he still wants the best for him. and I think that liu will always care about jeff.

that's not to say that he isn't against all the murders he committed - liu is very disappointed by jeff's lack of morals, but he will always have a soft spot for his brother. because no matter what, he physically can't bring himself to hate him.
