But, this miracle only comes when they were ready to let Egypt go. The question becomes how long have they been in the wilderness? For 40 years. Why? Very simply... Because, they were too attached to Egypt. Until God could get Egypt out of their system He would not let them breakthrough and cross over the Jordan River to Canaan. Some of us are tired and frustrated wondering why is it taking so long for God to get us to our breakthrough to Canaan because we're still too attached to Egypt. You see... When you're still attached to yesterday but want a breakthrough for tomorrow GOD will hold off your breakthrough until He knows you're ready for it even though it may be ready for you. Canaan was ready for Israel 40 years earlier to be taken but the problem was they weren't ready to take it. As long as you're attached to your past you negate what God has for your future.ฺ ฺ Today, my brothers and my sisters in Christ. I hope God will give you the strength to let go of whatever you're holding on to in your past so you can see Him move in your life. I also pray He'll give you His peace during the process of your healing. Ladies and gentlemen... It's time to cross over the Jordan River and take what God has already declared is yours.

We encounter people who are hard to deal with. Circumstances seem out of control. Our mind becomes overwhelmed with stress and frustration because something is troubling your comfort zone. You see, before you can reach your next level God is going to take you through some things that feel uncomfortable. Blessings come from your most uncomfortable places. For example: A person who desires to play football is not going to be thrown into the game without preparation. It takes extensive mental and physical training to achieve the level that's required to be eligible to play football. It's God's desire to show His plan, to bless you with new things, and to elevate you spiritually and in every area of your life; however, if you are reacting out anger, complaining and bitter because things don't go your way or work out on your timetable, you will remain where you are until you master the little things. Give thanks despite of what you're facing. Change your attitude! God isn't trying to harm you but trying to prep you for what's to come. Remember, “…He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6).
