Chocolate mug cake recipe

If you're ever craving sweets but don't have anything at home and you're like me and always have basic baking ingredients at home, here's a super easy and fast (veganisable) mug cake recipe.

4 tbsp of flour

2 tbsp of sugar

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 tbsp of oil (i use sunflower oil)

6 tbsp of milk (dairy or any plant milk)

1/4 tbsp baking powder

(Bonus, if you've got it at home a dash of lemon juice and a few drops of vanilla extract)

Thoroughly mix all of that in a microwave safe mug & scrape all mixture off the walls because that will burn/get crispy

Microwave at 700 Watt for 2-3 minutes (careful the mug will get pretty hot)
