Byf, first of all i dont post or interact with discourse i use fandom as a escape so i dont like to bring all that bad stuff into it, next I'm autistic and have adhd what that means for me is that I get super super into fandom and then drop them, so keep in mind that this blog will be chaotic and a bit all over the place but I will try to keep it nice and organized!

Lastly, im not a pro or anti shipper. I'm absolutely against pxdo,insxst,etc. ships. But i dont especially agree with some things anti shippers do (doxing, calling small age gaps between adults toxic,infantilizing autistic adults,etc). so basically please follow if you have critical thinking skills!!

I haven't watched the TADC leaks and don't really intend to but what the actual hell do you mean that they used Stevie Wonder's 'Isn't She Lovely,' a song written about the singer's daughter, over images of previous scenes of Jax, and on top of that used a cover sung by a white singer.

gonna vent about tadc for a second, spoilers under the cut.

The amazing digital circus finale turned a character I genuinely enjoyed into one I hate, and all I have to show for it is a jax plush I need to sell.

LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE HAS FANTASIES OF THE OTHERS ALL DYING, SEXUALLY HARASSES GANGLE, CHOKES OUT POMNI, IS TRANSPHOBIC TO ZOOBLE AND THEN AT THE END WE'RE SUPPOSED TO FEEL BAD FOR HIM??? This is really the message we're sending here? the final hurrah after three years?? What the actual hell? Like why is the entire episode about his dumb ass?!

So I’ve been seeing people saying “oh the ending is terrible on purpose because it’s what the fandom deserve”

And I’m not talking about the folks who are saying that this is karma for how the fandom defended racist actions like it was their paid jobs.

No I’m talking about the fans that’ll defend the show and goose work hell and back no matter what. That believes people on Reddit was harassing her for their disappoint of how the show became Jax and friend, when there wasn’t any harassment. Even Goose said it herself. But I digress.

Baby, this isn’t the comeback you think it is. Like let’s actually break it down on why that’s dumb as hell.

So either one of two are true

1) Goose did intentionally made a terrible ending due to how bad the fandom is, which is childish and petty as hell. Fandom spaces can change. An ending to a show is permanent. Like image two year from now, you’re showing a friend the show and they question why the ending suck and you said “oh because the fandom was terrible back then so this is our punishment”. Like do you know how stupid as hell that sounds.

Or

2) Goose didn’t intentionally made the ending bad and it was just bad writing on her end. And yall just using any dumbass excuse to defend the terrible ending.

Either or, the line of thinking isn’t the combat yall think it is.

And I find it even more weird how there’s an uproar of defending the ending (and goose herself) than the actual racism that was (and still is) going in hand when it comes to Blacks, Koreans, and now Brazilian fans

I just need to vent about the amazing digital circus Tw// for mentions of leaks but no spoilers

I am so ridiculously fucking pissed right now. Like you make a big deal out of showing the amazing digital circus in theaters two weeks ahead of the youtube release meaning loads of people are already gonna be spoiled for it. Then you get a ridiculous amount of leaks and whats the creators response "ehhh who cares" Like people have spent time, emotional investment and money on this fuckass show, movie tickets arent cheap and you say this ridiculous bullshit. And what's more the ending is miserably bad and has a lot of connotations that are frankly horrible. I dont know who im more mad at the creator or the leakers right now.

I dont know, id just like to hear other fans perspectives whether you agree with me or not

I really wish the writers of hazbin hotel would allow charlie to go just batshit crazy, there are so many times in the last two episodes where I was like this is it, this is where she actually fucks someone up, BUT NO! I'll have to survive on fanfiction for 2 years
