anx·i·ety
\aŋ-ˈzī-ə-tē\
noun
• “fear or nervousness about what might happen” •
I though Anxiety was just some overreacting thinking disorder or something everyone has because everyone always worry about their future. I didnt know Anxiety felt like this until I experienced it. It would make you nervous everyday, doubting, til you loose everyone. You’ll always think what’s wrong with yourself and you’ll never have the mood to wake up in the morning and face whatever’s waiting for you. To the point where you’ll meet Insomnia. At night you cant sleep no matter how hard you try because the nervousness inside you is killing you slowly. It will connect to your brain and destroy every positive things it could think. I barely get enough sleep and wont pass a day without crying. It would make you feel unworthy and not good enough, then later you know, you’ll do everything just to make yourself feel worthy. Anxiety is like your shadow, it’s always there, night til day. That the small street light at the road will illuminate your shadow, bigger than you. Fear. Even when you found a reason to laugh, the shadow is still there behind you, or infront of you. No matter what you do, try to get rid of it. Befriend your friends who you know is betraying you. Because you have no choice but to befriend your shadows.
