Bahan:

Bahan Hiris:
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ruas jari halia.
Bahan Tumis:
Daun kari
1 sdb halba campur
Tumis dulu bahan hiris masukkan juga daun kari biar garing tapi tidak hangit,baru masukkan halba campur,perlahankan api supaya halba tak meletup-letup, kemudian baru masukkan bahan2 kisar
Bahan kisar dgn 1 cawan air
2 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
2 ruas jari halia
1 ruas jari lengkuas
1 batang serai.
Masak smpi wangi n air sedikit menyusut, masukkan pula
2 sdb cili kering kisar, (harini tambah 1sdb serbuk cili )masak lagi 15 minit,tambah sedikit air jika kering kemudian masukkan
6 sdb serbuk kari Babas yg pedas yg dicampur dgn sedikit air dulu jadikan pes.
Masak sehingga setengah jam lamanya atau sehingga rempah masak elok,lagi lama lagi elok karinya. 'kami mmg masak kari agak lama dgn menggunakan api perlahan lebih kurang sejam lamanya supaya maung rempah2 tak terasa sgt. Masak biar smpi pecah minyak.
Tambah sedikit air supaya tak hangit.
Masukkan air asam jawa
Tambah air utk lebih berkuah,masak lagi sehingga mendidih,
Masukkan sekotak kecil santan kotak atau bole kurangkan.
Tambahkan 1 sdb cuka makan tujuan utk ikan tak lembek.
Garam/serbuk secukup rasa megi.
