On the way to Valparaiso we stopped off in the Casablanca valley at a lovely vineyard - Casas del Bosque - for a tasting and lunch. Here we learned about the wine making process Then got to taste them. Lovely wine in a beautiful place.

One thing I've noticed about Chile thus far... Very few places are open for breakfast .. Or at the time that we North Americans consider breakfast time. 10am and only one place we saw was open.
