HELLO! Today is my birthday, and it’s also (newly) the birthday of the shiny new DELUXE edition of my album Avalanche. I wanted to put this expanded release together to celebrate a record that was so important to me to write, record, and release (the three... Rs? of album-making?) and since — for boring business-y reasons — we weren’t able to put it out on the one-year anniversary of Avalanche coming out, we instead hatched a plan to release it into the wild on my birthday!

The ten (10!) bonus tracks include complete re-imaginings of songs, early demos, live recordings, one absolutely bumping remix and one B-side recorded during the Avalanche sessions (but ultimately cut from the original release for reasons involving album duration). So many friends loaned their talents for this project, and I am so grateful. The tracklist (beyond the original 10 album tracks) is as follows:

I decided to hold onto it until the time was right, and it turns out that the time is right right now! all these beautiful people helped out: co-written with Tom Peyton. produced by Josh Kaufman, who also played a ton of instruments. drums drummed drummily by Matt Barrick. engineered, mixed, and mastered by D.
