Hi, Charlie, it’s Kate AA, again!!  So these two are tight and also work together!!  Beyond that, though there’s a whole world of possibilities!!  I feel like, since they’re both from Bingley, and of a similar age, they probs knew each other as kids and Rem was one of the ppl w whom Dominic reconnected (re: his bio)?  But honestly I’m down for anything!!  If you have any ideas for these two, I’m all ears!

So Phoebe is their tenant and, esp as they’re just branching into this whole landlord thing (plus, yknow, it’s her living conditions!! he wants them to be great, obv!!), Rem sooooo wants to give 110% so like any little thing, he’s on top of it!!!!!  Beyond that, tho, I can see where they might also be friends?  Bc, since she lives above the Emporium, I feel like they probs see each other at least once a day and yeah!!  Whatcha think?

WARNER IS LITERALLY REM’S FAV PERSON IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE <333333 but that has never onCe stopped him from making fun of him or eating Warner’s leftovers if Rem’s hungry #sorrynotsorry  But he alsO defends him and helps him make the things he wants happen!!!!!!  I also feel like they also balance each other out v well - to quote batb ‘[Warner’s] so well read and [Rem]’s so...athletically inclined’ ;DDDDD but in this case, Rem ~does read and isn’t a raging asshole and they actually get along v well ;DDDDD

I also feel like, if Rem knoWS that Warner likes Alice, Rem has also tried to help him get w her which...idk how well that’s gone tbqh or whether Warner even ~wants a wingman or not but here we are ;DDDD

With a few friends from town and a lot of YouTube video tutorials, he is slowly making progress with the goal of having at least one floor ready in time for students to be back at the college in the fall.
