I tried a tight dress on today that didn’t look half as bad as I expected it to and I was self conscious but sort of happy cause my bf said it was nice

Walked out of the change room all timidly to a look of disappointment and a straight ‘no I don’t think so’ from my partner’s mother Followed by ‘I guess maybe if you covered your legs, like some tights or….something looser like a maxi. Long dresses look nicer on you’
