i've been feeling so insecure lately... sometimes i don't even want to be seen...

social anxiety and paranoia are getting rampant again. i'm scared of people... 1) i'm scared i look ugly and/or stupid 2) i'm scared someone may hurt me or starts following me... i cut my own bangs and botched it bc i'm too anxious do go to a salon... also i need some tattoo touch ups but the thought of going to the artist is unbearable...
