If you havenāt already heard, my country Australia has lost already more than 8.5 million hectares of land. Aboriginal communities, wildlife, homes and so much more have suffered to the recent bushfires. In Victoria, the smoke here lingers in the air and people I know have evacuated homes theyāve lived in for years. As an Australian, the mistreatment of the indigenous community has always been on my mind and the bushfires that have lit a light to the discussion of this mistreatment is monumental and so crucial in this current political climate along so much more such as climate change. I believe every little bit counts. I will be donating to the following: Fire Relief Fund for First Nations Communities, NSW Rural Fire Service, QLD Fire and Rescue, SA Country Fire Service, VIC Country Fire Authority, Tasmania Fire Services, NSW Wildlifr Information, Rescue and Education Service and Port Macquarie Koala Hospital.
