Nineveh Christian Church "Hanging of the Greens" Christmas 2023

Hanging of the Greens was an invite extended to all church members to come and help decorate the church for the Christmas season!

Nineveh Christian Church Instagram Announcement Post

When I started creating graphics for the church, they only had a Facebook page. They requested me to create an Instagram page for them. After creating the page and posting some graphics, I created this announcement post for their Facebook page.

Nineveh Christian Church "Super Sunday Slider Showdown" 2023

Super Sunday Slider Showdown was a slider sandwich making competition hosted at the church. The children of the church were divided into teams to make sandwiches and the congregation got the chance to vote on the best sandwich. The money from the votes would then go toward paying for an upcoming event, "Feed the Farmer".

Nineveh Christian Church "Diving Deeper into the Word" Bible Study

Diving Deeper into The Word was a Bible Study created for the church. It runs weekly and started on July 31, 2023.

Nineveh Christian Church "Back to School Bash" 2023

Back-To-School Bash was an event hosted at the church to get school supplies to local students in Nineveh, IN. Members of the church provided the supplies.

Nineveh Christian Church "Annual Church Picnic" 2023

Nearing the end of the summer, Nineveh Christian Church hosts an Annual Church Picnic on a Sunday. Each member of the congregation that attended, was to bring a side while the main dish was provided by the church.

"This Is War" Film Poster

I created this movie poster in Adobe Photoshop following a prompt. "This Is War" is a war drama in the midst of the American Revolutionary War in the 1700's. The images were created with AI tools where I then blended the images together in Photoshop.

"The Jungle" Promo Banner

"The Jungle" is a fictional TV show created for the sake of this project. The prompt for this was of a young girl with red hair, wearing a white muddy dress, touching an elephant that has its trunk raised. The prompt also stated for them to be in a cave with a lush, jungle background outside the cave. I created this in Adobe Photoshop using images from Vecteezy and AI tools for the girl character. The mud was hand drawn on the dress.

Columbus North Middle School Library Mural

This was done in partnership with Ivy Tech Community College and Columbus North Middle School. Since the school was built, the school wanted a space to create a mural.  Other designers and I worked together to look at architecture around downtown Columbus, Indiana and to illustrate it in an abstract way. Each person was assigned a color group and different places around town. I was given yellow and orange colors. In the following panels from left to right: a wall on the outside of a local church, textures from a ceiling on the outside of Cummins, a seating area with lights, a close up shot of a sculpture, an actual mural that was painted years prior, and 2 shots of another local church.  This completed mural is currently on display in the library at Columbus North Middle School.

"Dough Boys" Branding

I was instructed to showcase my design strengths. At the time, I felt that I had more strengths in branding. To prepare I searched for some logos for businesses that were no longer under operation for a chance to redesign my way. I discovered Dough Boys and expanded based off of its original branding.  Upon seeing how far I could go with this project; I finished it with a packaging design and a new storefront, and a couple of t-shirt designs.

Invisible Jet Poster

This was created during my time at the Franklin Community High School Performing Arts Center for their annual Google Summit.  The center wanted to build something to put in the lobby and so they decided to “build” the Invisible Jet. I created the poster to be on display in front of the construction and throughout the lobby.

21st Amendment Wine of the Week Sale

One of our clients at KH Complete Advertising was 21st Amendment Wine and Spirits. For them I created social media, event, and email graphics that were distributed on a weekly basis. Wine of the Week is a weekly sale that is advertised via social media and email campaigns on Wednesdays.

Music Abstract Poster

This project was a partnership with photographer Tony Vasquez for the 411 Gallery. Project ideas were suggested until additional Graphic Designers, Vasquez, and I decided on abstract. We got to choose photographs he had taken and put our own abstract spin on it.

Fall Flower Pattern

After my years of design experience, this remains one of my personal favorite projects. Other artists and I were instructed to draw a cluster of objects for a pattern and then scan to create the pattern in Adobe Illustrator. I chose to sketch out each flower separately and then scan to create the pattern.

Aubry Lane Pop Up Banner

During my time at Aubry Lane, I was asked to create a banner for a convention the CEO was attending. From what I was told, everyone who attended liked the banner and what it said about Aubry Lane's values.
