Hello! My name is Jessica L. M. Nielsen. This is my gift art blog; from Jessi to you! I am a Chrisian artist who loves drawing a variety of OCs and other gifts on this blog, and the purpose of this blog is to 1. Draw other people's characters and 2. Reblog OC related content. OCs deserve much love and attention as well as the artists who create them :D I will also include requests, commissions and art trades on this blog (this includes fan art drawn for others). Status On Art Requests, Art Trades And Commissions

((Please be sure to read this post BEFORE sending me an ask/message regarding my art status. Thank you :3 ))

*Take Note:* This pinned post will be updated regularly as the statuses of requests, etc. can change. This post applies to this blog in particular.

In case you aren’t familiar with each category:

Request-A freebie. Or in other words, a ‘free commission.’

Art Trade-When two artists collaborate and draw something for one another. For instance, Artist A wants a picture of their OCs in a romantic scene, and Artist B wants a picture of her furry OC. So they ‘switch/trade’ so to speak and each draw what the other artist would like. Usually art trades are done between friends and/or good acquaintances,

Commissions-When someone pays an artist currency to draw them a particular picture.

Now this is how I feel about each category on this gift art blog:

*Disclaimer:* I am a Christian artist (specifically being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints), so I may not be as open to drawing other content other artists are. All I ask is that you respect my choice, and I respect and acknowledge that not everyone will agree and that most artists may be okay with drawing things I am not. If we could all just agree to disagree, and not be forceful to one another, it would create less drama and more positivity. For goodness sakes the last thing anyone needs is more drama! If you have any questions about what I will or will not draw, please read my art pledge here, and feel free to message me if you’d like :)

Request-I actually don’t mind doing requests because it helps me branch out and practice drawing a variety of characters in a variety of styles. Because this is a gift art blog, requests made on this blog cannot be fan art. I will do fan made characters based on fandoms, I just don’t do official characters like Link or Harry Potter on this blog. (although, any fan art I draw as a gift will be reblogged onto this blog).

Art Trade-I LOVE doing art trades! When I was a young impressionable teen it meant so much to me when other artists would draw something so cute for me ;w; I still have old art people have drawn for me of my characters. I means so much and I hope I can do the same for others. What I said about requests also applies to here with the added satisfaction of seeing something amazing that I love drawn by another artist :)

Commissions-I’m still setting things up, though I do intend on having them available soon. I’ve done commissions before and I’m going to try and go out of the comfort zone and try again. I’ll keep y’all updated :)

Sorry I’ve Been Gone For So Long ^^’

(I’ll delete this post once I post the next art piece) I have been working on some art projects though I’ve had to cut back time on here because I’ve been working two jobs. I’m going to try and balance things out and find time to be on here so I can keep contributing gift art. Eventually I do want to take requests so I’ll keep y’all updated :)

I drew these Kirbys back in April if I remember correctly. I waited until now to post it because it was for my sister’s birthday. She loves Kirby-and specifically the Gamecube game Kirby Airride because we played it a ton when we were kids. The ‘I love kawaii’ is there because I made the picture specifically to custom print on a shirt :)

An early/late birthday gift for @snow-bunnii! I don’t remember her birthday so I figured I’d just be safe rather than sorry (all I know is that it’s in July sometime).

What I know about Lulu is that she is raised by a mean ol’ witch but despite that she seems to be a very nice girl :D Hope you have/had a good birthday Snow Bunnii aka Dayo :3

Tiny Young Link (roughly palm sized) as a request for @tiny-and-determined

I drew all three here as one picture, but last minute I decided to split it up image wise because in my opinion it just looks better this way and it was hard to move things around (Note: I did not draw the background in the first one, it is from the official game and was designed by Nintendo). I hope you like it tiny-and-determined, it was fun to draw Link so small :D and it helped me realize that I need to practice drawing hands and feet more often :P my personal favorite is the one with Link trying to lift the ​slingshot. If only he had the Goron bracelet…

I drew this in early May as a birthday gift for my younger brother. I had it printed on a shirt, though this is just the original picture. His favorite character is Mirage from Apex Legends and I say I did pretty good with MS Paint. I didn’t do his whole body because it was a bit complicated for me. This can also be found on my gift blog since it was technically drawn for someone.

This is yet another picture I drew in late April for a relative’s birthday. His favorite character at the time of posting this is Mikasa Ackerman from Attack on Titan. To be completely honest I drew her somewhat by memory so her design isn’t 100% accurate. I also chose a quote that I thought was really cool and gave me the impression that Mikasa is very brave and bold. This can also be found on my gift art blog as this picture was a gift.

One of the cutest Bunny OCs I have seen in awhile. Out of the many OCs beautifully drawn by Dayo Snow Bunnii is her OC B.B. Let’s see what I remember about him (hopefully I’m accurate): He’s a dwarf and small for his age, he is a huge fan of a bunny band that’s kinda like Vocaloid, he has super powers and was part of some type of science experiment? I could be wrong with some of these, I’m just pulling at what I can remember haha. @snow-bunnii
