Iāve been slacking on posting workouts or blogs. Half the reason is because the posts were not taking. The other reason is because workouts have been the same. Iām doing āThe Big 3ā again. So every day I squat, bench, and deadlift. Iāve used various methods for each movement , but itās been those 3 core / basic movements. At this point in my life Iām about simplicity and maximizing my time. These 3 movements can be done with dumbbells or barbells on benches or balls with cables or bands and also with just body weight. Anyone can do them. From the most advanced to the first timer with a new outlook on life. My overall goal is to continue adding strength while maintaining good form and a solid core. I will start to incorporate more core and cardio a few times a week to end or warm up workouts. The āVā stays part of my ideal look. As I approach 40 it becomes tougher to achieve and/or maintain. Partly genetic, I know, as well as eating habit. Nonetheless all is well and is always a work in progress. Plate up and live righteously.
