This is Daryl James E. Atando from Grade 11 - Moseley STEM.
STEM strand is an educational that is specialized in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. As a student from Capiz National High School, STEM strand, for me, is really important for those students who are planning to have a course field on Science, Mathematics, and/or Engineering. In STEM, you will be able to identify what kind of job or course you want to have in college.
Another insight about STEM, it is really a good move to add SHS (Senior High School) in High School since it serves as an preparatory for college. College is really a hard job for those students before. In college, you have to really work hard, you might want to give up sleeping early when you go to college or maybe you won't sleep at all. Since, the mountain of works that is given to you should be passed on deadline and no extension. Unlike in high school, extension is still a consideration but in college it is not. When you pass, you pass and when you fail, you fail.
In conclusion, the STEM strand is really a great start for those student before going to college so that they might know the experience of being a college student and they might be prepared when time comes.
