Tasveer Film Festival & Market

I had the pleasure of making the poster for the Tasveer Film Festival in Seattle a few months ago. It really took me quite a lot of time designing and detailing all these little elements like the shops! In addition, these had to be individually separated from the main composition for different applications.

The brief consisted in celebrating 20th anniversary of The Tasveer Film Festival, the purchase of the Ark Lodge Cinemas to create Tasveer Film Center and the celebration of the 2nd Tasveer Film Market - bringing global film businesses, executives from Disney, HBO, CAA, Netflix, WME, A24, Sony, Paramount Pictures.

Fuerza Venezuela

Aunque mi blog es de ilustración, quiero expresar todo mi apoyo al pueblo venezolano, sometidos por tantos años bajo una dictadura totalitaria. Mucha fuerza y resiliencia a mis hermanos de Venezuela, porque no me puedo imaginar la rabia que deben sentir ahora mismo. Nadie con dos dedos de frente se cree que Maduro haya ganado esas fraudulentas elecciones.

PS.2 Muero de miedo que vengan a intentar "funarme" de nuevo los seres de luz que apoyan estas dictaduras políticas. No diré quiénes son pero comienza con @JaninNuz y termina con @MariaAlejandraRuiz , siempre buscando las opiniones políticamente correctas para agradarle a sus energúmenos mientras atacan y censuran a quienes pensamos distinto que ellas. O, simplemente pensamos.

Les comparto el proceso de una de las páginas de cómic en las que me encuentro trabajando, desde el principio hasta el final (aunque aún faltan algunos medios tonos). Es mi primer "ASMR" vídeo, pueden criticarlo sin piedad per ocuidado con mi corazoncito <3.I'm happy to share with you the process of one of the comic pages I'm currently working on, from start to finish (although there are still some midtones missing). It's my first "ASMR" video :)

Gran parte de mi formación en el dibujo se la debo al cómic, entonces imagínense la emoción que me causó el trabajar en esta comisión de superhéroes para @dc y para el stand de @max dentro del @ccxp mx convertido en mural! El brief consistía en plasmar algunos de los superhéroes más emblemáticos dirigiendo al espectador hacia un punto a la derecha, para rematar con un apartado de Batman celebrando su 80 aniversario. Me inspiré en la estética muy clásica de los superéroes y sus antagonistas, alrededor de los 60's y 70's, pero sin llegar al "Golden Age", porque probablemente no todos reconocerían a los superéroes con esta estética. ¿Puedes reconocer a todos? ¡Gracias al equipo de @max por la confianza en mi trabajo!
