Tbh I don’t think I would - my current pen name on Kindle is in the lesbian D/s erotica niche, and that’s kind of been where my attentions are focused. With how things are going in life and my writing, I don’t think I have time to think about going into another niche.

Re group dynamics specifically, they’re actually really hard to develop and keep distinct, especially with original characters. With fanfic it’s kind of easier because the characters already have some existing traits to build off, but even then, I feel like each of the boys in fucked up only has one key characteristic lol. It would also be really hard to fit all that into a short story that’s still compelling.

Trying not to overthink it and manage expectations on my first few works (I have a mini-series of 4 ~10k word shorts planned) but I'm really having a hard time starting ><

aww thanks so much for your well-wishes! I am honestly surprised by how popular adhesion seems to be because i don't recall it getting that much traction when i first posted it; that people still remember it after such a long time is honestly wild to me

tbh i am considering repurposing what i've already written and the concept for adhesion for an original work! it goes well with my one of my planned niches (spicy romantic wlw D/s shorts). if you are able, i'd really love your support <3

Life updates~

I hope everyone has been doing well~ I know I've been MIA for a while, but I've been working on Reverse Osmosis - I've posted Chapter 3 on AO3, and there's one more chapter left which I'm about halfway through now.

Since I started back up with the writing, it's gone really slowly. I had a long drought around the end of last year to early this year, where a lot of things happened in my life. I got engaged, then I got into grad school, then I travelled a little bit with my fiancé and some friends, so there's a lot going on in my life right now.

I will be stepping away from fanfiction once I complete Reverse Osmosis, as I intend to try my hand at original fiction, and to publish on Kindle Unlimited, as a creative outlet and a small side hustle to offset my living expenses during my postgrad. I'll be documenting my experience here and sharing snippets and teasers.

I hope this isn't goodbye - I understand if the content of this blog moving forward is not what you want to see, but if you've enjoyed my writing in the past and are able to, I'd love your continued support. <3
