Online Exhibition
I am exhibiting my new jewellery collection with Artists Open House Winter Festival – launching this Friday!
The AOH Winter Festival goes live online on November 21st and will run until December 31th 2020. The festival will be incorporating the best aspects of both the May and Christmas festivals, offering Christmas shopping opportunities as well great art and crafts for buyers and collectors.

The online fair will gather a community of contemporary makers with unique pieces on offer. The makers galleries go live at 9.00am on Saturday 5th September: First come first served!
Covid-19 Update
We have taken the decision to suspend our scheduled jewellery courses until January 2021. This is because we can not run a course, adhering to current social distancing guidelines, with 5 students in the workshop.
Trusting that next year we will be in a safer situation we have just announced the NEW Jewellery Course Program for 2021 - do take a look!
As ever we please advise booking early to avoid missing out on a place. For your reassurance: should a course be unable to go ahead because of Covid-19 you will be offered either a transfer to an alternative course or a full refund.

Covid-19
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic all scheduled courses and classes from March until September 2020 have been suspended. We all need to stay at home and stay safe - we can get through this together by staying apart for now!
If you have booked onto any of these courses you should have already received an email about this. For courses running from September onwards: a decision as to when they can start running will be dependent on whether it is feasible to run a workshop course in accordance with government advice guidelines at that time. This page will be updated as and when information becomes available. I will really miss teaching and seeing you all over the next few months and will resume the courses and classes as soon I am able to.

A reality shot of the view of my workbench for the last month... I’ve been making individually hand-forged 18 carat gold pieces to come together on a necklace - with the most gorgeous deep-red ancient glass beads that I sourced while working in Jordan last year. My perfect way to spend the whole of a rainy January!

Exhibitions
This week I am thrilled to be exhibiting at Goldsmiths' Fair 2019 in London. My new collection, loosely based on circles, focuses on the ancient techniques of hand-crafted chains and hand-forged rings in high carat golds and stunning gemstones. As always every piece is a ‘one-off’ and, I hope, they will simply be enjoyed and treasured by the wearers – whether that be for the everyday or for occasions.

Consultancy
Delighted to have been interviewed for the above article, published in the Financial Times on Saturday 7 September, giving insight into the ongoing Turquoise Mountain project in Jordan that I have been a part of this year. In previous years I have also worked abroad for Turquoise Mountain on their related projects in Afghanistan, Myanmar and Saudi Arabia - you can read more here.

Courses
Late availability! Due to a very late cancellation one space has become available on my 3-day Casting course running this weekend from Sat 7 – Mon 9 September. To book please email me as soon as possible.
This course includes learning to carve different waxes to apply the lost-wax casting technique, casting metal into a cuttlefish and casting into sand. As all these processes make the workshop warm and dusty this course is exclusively for those interested in casting. The course fee is £360, payable on booking.
