You were leading the dance, but he felt oh so in control. You felt a hand come to the side of your face, suddenly turning your chin to gaze right into his eyes. He had a full smirk on his lips, a playful scrunch of his nose. You couldn’t speak.
“Enjoy the view?” he teased you, rising back to his full height as the music shifted and he moved to another position. Face to face again, he held his arm out for you to retake.
“You wish, Jisung.” you managed out, but the dusted pink on your cheeks did all the talking. His smirk turned even more cheeky- if that was even possible.
[5.5] - Paris, France. Grand-Hotel de Paris.
“Room 143?”
“I’m supposed to be here alone. I should’ve gotten rid of you as soon as I could- you’ve seen too much.”
“Hey hey hey, baby, I won’t tell a soul alright? It’s fine, everything’s fine.”
“If International finds out you’re here, I’m basically done for. The station chief is coming later tonight to go over how the mission is going.”
“Later tonight? It’s already 11 PM.”
“My work schedule doesn’t stop until 1 AM. But I have no idea when he’s coming, so you’ll have to hide somewhere.”
You opened the door to the bedroom area, revealing a charming queen. You paused, eyeing Jisung still wandering around the room, looking at the green wallpaper and the ornate crown moulding.
“Um, Jisung?”
“Yeah?” he hummed, slowly turning to face you.
“There’s only one bed.” he followed your gaze, landing on the plush comforter, the fluffy pillows, and the velvet headboard. He so wished to sink into the bedding and forget all the aches that covered his tired body.
“I’ll take the cou-”
“No you won’t, Jisung. You need to make sure you sleep in a good position if you want to be in shape to race. I’ll take the couch.” The couch wasn’t bad, a plush velvet maison settee. “See? I’ll be fine.”
“Well no, that couch is kinda too short and everything. You take the bed.”
“You need to rest.”
“You do too!” he pointed out. You sighed, resting your face in your hands, a slight pout forming on your lips.
“You’re not taking the couch, that I know as much”
“Well….we could…” he trailed off, a tint of pink appearing at the tip of his ears. Or maybe it was the yellow-orange glow of the lights.
“We could?”
“Both be in the bed?” he spoke sheepishly. “I’ll stay strictly on one side, and you on the other. I sleep like a log, I barely move. But only if you’re comfortable! Only if you’re okay with that. I don’t want to force you into anything!” The last parts of his claim came in a rushed burst, one ending with both of your cheeks dusted with pink. As you opened your mouth to respond, you heard a knock at the door.

A/N: eeeee I hope you guys enjoyed the little sneak peeks....and I hope everything wasn't too cringe??? Aish it feels so weird. Anyways rest assured I'm working diligently on the fic its just that I'm having too many ideas all at the same time about different chapters that is making it IMPOSSIBLE to actually finish a single chapter as of now.
