T’Ain’t Nobody’s Bizness: Queer Blues Divas of the 1920s
just posted on frameline, currently watching
I forgot that I had made these individual layout pages for my portfolio (and then never ended up using them since I felt it'd be redundant since I already had my book), so I thought I'd post them separately up here.
The first image is Sweetpea's living room, and the second is the Nightshade Club. I still would like to do a color treatment eventually, but that'll be in the distant future.

Finally worked on the border for my book (that I've been meaning to do for weeks). Might need a little final tweaking, but at least it's mostly done.
It's reached the point where I'm now just working on multiple paintings at once in an effort to get everything finished (or at least less messy-looking) on time.
Ahh, time management...
Thanks for your feedback on my font choices, guys! I've narrowed them down to these three and used a few different treatments on them to see how they'd look. I'm leaning towards either the top left or the top right.
Thoughts?
Fonts fonts fonts...and I still have more I want to explore.
Any favorites?
