why does life never feel good to me

“if you start flooding your life with hope, stop surrounding yourself with bad things then it will get better! You aren’t doomed!” All the fuck I know is that I’m doomed.

I’m in chronic pain, I have a lot of trauma, rape, current ongoing psychological and physical abuse, and a genuine debt, racism, social problems. Plus I’m stupid as fuck, my future seems like I’ll be homeless. I do not feel like my life will get better because it won’t get better in a long shot. I want to be a little child again where my biggest worry wasn’t if my scars showed, if I looked too needy for attention, or if I ever was enough, no, rewind that. Not a child, baby. I haven’t even felt well even when I was just a child. I want to go back to when I wasn’t aware that I existed. I start screaming and crying whenever I see my mother because I’m afraid of her, and I hate her. I do not like this life, and I don’t think I ever will. No, I cannot flood my life with hope to make it feel better.
