She looked … sickly, at best. The gouge amid her chest ached deeply beneath gauzy bandages, breaths rattling and wet causing her to pause and cough. Red flecked the back of her olive hand, at which she stared briefly; then swiped it away as though it were nothing; red, lost against the loose fabric of the kimono draped about her form.

“ Well – I’m here, ” came an exhale, pale eyes fixed on the figure across from her. “ Alive. ”

If it wasn't the tiny footsteps thundering across the hardwood that gave them away, it was the gasping for air; each haggered breath betrayed the fact that Hibiki had ran the entire way there.  They pushed their way past the nurse attending her, much to their exasperation, and grabbed hold of the bed the shinigami lay on with tiny, grubby hands. If the nurse wanted Hibiki gone, they'd have to rip them away. 

The child said nothing, but it was clear from the furrowing of their brows and their razor sharp eyes that their mind was burning with questions. As soon as they had heard what had happened, how could they not?

RULES:

This is all pretty standard stuff, to be honest. Just keep in mind that Hibiki is a minor, and please please please read the last point at the very least.

- No Godmodding, powerplaying, or metagaming. If you're unsure if something you have in mind falls under this, ask me about it! I'll be happy to work with you about it.

- That being said, I most likely will not do combat RPs with Hibiki unless we've heavily hashed out what the fight will be like. No improvised fights with no pre-determined end or victor. This is just a personal preference. I like to have everything figured out; I like to plot and scheme.

- Out of character bigotry will not be tolerated (Sexism, racism, transphobia, etc). Give me even the faintest hint that you're a TERF/SWERF/Truscum and you will be blocked. I understand that some characters in this series are pretty misogynistic, but depending on how much you focus on it and play it up, I’ll probably just unfollow you. 

- I will not do smut/NSFW, so please don’t ask. Hibiki may not age the same as a human, but they are still the equivalent of a minor. I'll kill you if you even suggest it.

- Don’t force me into a ship. Again, Hibiki is underaged! Even if your muse is also a minor, I will be very suspicious of your intentions unless I already know you! Please try to understand. If I already know you, talk to me and we’ll see what’s up. 

- I am not willing to write anything pertaining to physical torture. It makes me uncomfortable.

- Discord is available to mutuals; I’m more than happy to RP over Discord!

- I take a long time to respond, please be mindful of this! I have performance anxiety and am probably just stressing over the best way to write back. 

- If a thread is dropped, it has nothing to do with you. Chances are I am simply too busy to reply, or have no idea how to respond. When in doubt, ask!

- Unsure at the moment if I'll accept mains. Hibiki is an OC, so I'll just take what I can get for the time being. Though once things are better established, I'll probably settle into only a handful of people. 

- If I’m following you, I’ve read your rules! I am just a very shy and nervous person about sending asks about it! I am striving to get better about this!

- Do not follow me if you ship ulquihime, or any of the Karakura kids with any of the shinigami/arrancars/quincy. I should not have to explain to you that they are all decades/centuries older than the Karakura kids and thus it is pedophilia. Do not send me asks about this attempting to justify it. You will be blocked.
