WHAT THE HELL????? the same thing happened to me and I sent an email to https://www.tumblr.com/support explaining what happened and making it clear that I didn't post anything wrong on my blog. friends like @itsvminkook also helped me by sending emails to tumblr explaining that my blog was terminated but I didn't do anything wrong. this worked for me, so I'll do the same for your blog. send an email to tumblr as soon as possible and I'll do the same!
