Bloodhall Ooze stuck out the most to me scrolling through oozes on Gatherer. First for its evocative art, and second for its excellent flavor text.

Ooze Cruise - Experiment One

In addition to being an appropriate first pick, Experiment One is also the (second) most humanoid Ooze in Magic, making the translation to slime girl pretty straightforward.

I really like the almost peaceful quality of Austin Hsu's artwork for this ooze. It nicely represents the flavor of a patient scavenger slowly growing and gaining life.
