screaming plant

A screaming plant that is very beautiful, but when it needs water, it lets out a blood curtailing scream until you water it.

Interesting! what is the insight of this invention?

My roommate got me some flowers for Veteran's Day and I felt bad that I totally forgot to water them because I just never noticed them. So if the plant had screamed or something I would either put it out of its misery or water the damn thing to stop the screaming =]

smart sensor

a device that tracks what you eat, water intake, and how much exercise you've had that day, plus your previous night of sleeping to determine how much sleep you will need that night in order to feel rested and do all the same events you did the previous day.

Quick wash/dry

Some of these washer and dryer ideas got me thinking.

A compact, water recycling washer/dryer combo that will only wash and dry a couple garments or so. This would be useful for last minute situations or for quick stain removal. For example, sometimes I’d like to have a clean shirt in a short amount of time, but don’t want to do an entire load of clothes.

then wash them by hand! haha well I think this would be good but that it would still use a considerable amount of water.

9-6 telephone-watch

a watch has telephone function.It is easy for people during driving, working and many other jobs.

Apple has their smart watch thing which is kind of what that is.

WIFI POWERED BY EXERCISE

A wifi system that would lock itself every day and the only way (save for some kind of emergency backdoor) to unlock it is to do exercise. A system with kinect technology will require you to take five minutes to do some cardio or other exercise for 4 or 5 minutes before opening up the wi-fi again. A backdoor password or key could be given to a trusted person in your house so if you need to get online in a hurry, you can do so.

This is good! I almost read it wrong at first and thought it was on a timer and you'd have to do exercise multiple times a day to keep using it. It would help get that little extra exercise in.

An attendance app for classrooms that takes attendance based off of what phones with the app are in the room

What if I lend my phone to someone in order to get attendance ? hehe

It’s a great idea but the problem you would run into is if someone were to forget their phone. Or maybe they don’t have a phone?? (Some people don’t!)

Or you just don't download the app haha

Lights

Plug ins and lock key holes with small lights above or inside that show where the plug in or key hole is so when you're fumbling in the dark to find it the light comes on so you can see where you're key goes

IDEA (38) Diet Buddy

A mobile device that could be embedded on your smartphone as a case that helps you to keep you in your diet. Helping with how long you should eat (based on a 3D camera) and on the quantity. Suggesting to increase the time biting or to leave the table and stop to eat.

Normal exercising works better than any diet thing. True fact.

Uhmmm actually NOT true fact. You have to have a good diet if you want to see major results. Yes you'll stay healthy by normally exercising, but once you start dieting is when the fat really starts to go away and you see major changes.

Status Auto-Updater

Inspired off of the Harry Potter series, Molly Weasley has a clock that auto tunes based upon their status for each of the family members. I think that’d be a nifty electronic app one could use for their phones so people don’t have to check in and send texts about if they’re on the road or not.

I like this idea. I'm also a fan of Harry potter. I'm in favor.

Ice scraping wipers

Windshield wipers with ice scrapers attached.

Safety meter

When go go out for the night downtown and park at a meter, add a little safe to it for your keys so you don't have to carry then around with you and risk losing them. The way to open and lock the case would be by a retina scan and it would be reset every time you would take your keys out to leave.

Flavor Bottle

This would be a bottle where all you have to do is add water (or maybe even carbonated water!) the bottle, as soon as water is put it, would release a flavored powder into the water and create a juice or soda of your choosing. For water, shake it vigorously. For soda, swirl the drink until it’s properly mixed.

Pretty cool. I assume this would be some sort of device in the cap maybe, and not just a one-use bottle?

Sooo would you never be able to wash this if it always reacts to water? Because if it did, every time you would try to wash it it would release flavor

Fast Dish washer

A Dish washer that can wash and dry dirty within five minutes.

I’m all for this idea if it can work

Juicer

Throw a fruit of your desire into this device and watch it squirt out raw juice straight into a cup.

Uhm yes they do. They're called juicers.

Idea (31) Sleep device or application

A device to track your sleep time, it uses your laptop, cellphone movement or other sensor in your bedroom (camera/sound detection). It can give you alerts and reports about your sleep habits to enhance your rest. It could suggest or remember you to go to bed or get up.

I know at sports stores they have something that tracks your sleepy, water, and food or something. I saw it at Dicks up by the registers.

Blanket couch

Have a rolled up blanket at the end of your couch so when you want to get one, just reach to one of the ends and roll out the blanket over yourself. When you want to put it back, just attach two corners to the slots in the rollers and press a button to have it roll it back up.

Better fireplace

A fireplace that's voice activated so you don't have to get up and light it.
