Back on that Grind
After about three weeks of not working out, I finally went back on Monday. I'm still feeling sore on my hamstrings from three days ago and I'm feeling sore around my chest area from yesterday.
Love it!
I missed the gym...
I've been feeling so irritated lately and being back there just makes me feel renewed. I also took out my ipod filled with old school jams which made my workout even better.
Can't wait to see results in a months time!

Leaned out a bit since I was in BC in May. I've been maintaining my weight between 120-123 lbs for the past 6 months at least and I want to keep it that way until January. I know its my body fat percentage that's changing. Eating burgers and pizza pays off, that's where I get my protein. #progress #pizzaloverforever
New Workout Routine
1st set = 6-8 reps heavy weight (90%)
2nd set = 12-15 reps medium weight (60%)
3rd set = 20 reps, pause/break, 20 reps (to fail) (30%)
Let's see how this works out.

MMA Cardio
Is such a Bitch. But it's well worth it. It keeps my heart going.
Recently have been doing circuits of random exercises. Timed or not.
These are the only kinds of cardiovascular activities I pretty much get. Other than my warmup treadmill incline walk of 5-30 min, different speeds, before workouts.
Yesterday was Back/Biceps day. I already have big arms so... Low weight and high reps it is! #YouDontKnowWhatLoveIsUntilYouLoveYourself
