I created this account to roleplay as one of my OCs from the Criminal Minds universe. Any posts that are not RP related will be tagged as such, otherwise it’s me posting as my character, Julian. I may also bend the show’s plot to fit in with headcanons (which will be tagged). Also note that minors may interact with this account, as it is strictly SFW, though it’s obviously not encouraged as I am over 18 and so is my OC.

I won’t do a whole dump on Julian’s lore just yet but as a basic introduction, I’ll give some of the more plot relevant information and things you should know to understand my posts better.

1. Julian works with the BAU, taking Derek’s spot on the team after he left (apologies to Luke lovers everywhere)

2. I may play around with the timing of posts but in ‘current’ times, Julian is dating Penelope. I will indicate where in the timeline each post falls (EG. before getting together with Penelope OR after).

3. Originally from Russia, Julian was a hitman. He then moved to the United States where he was hired by the CIA to carry out hits that needed to look like accidents. After helping the BAU take down his corrupt supervisors, he was hired by the FBI to work as a profiler. This was just as Derek was leaving to focus on his new family.

So yeah, those are three things about Julian that may help people to understand my posts moving forward. I’m looking forward to developing his character through this blog and hope some people in the Criminal Minds fandom come along for the ride. :)

Small update: It sounds like they had a great time together. I suppose this means Penelope and Kevin are what some would call ‘an item’ now. And I suppose that means I will have to learn to be happy for her as her coworker and friend. Hm.

I apologise for not updating my blog in some time. Life happens, you get shot on cases, etc. But I am back with a nice set of texts from Dr Reid, who clearly needs therapy if he is this moved by my doing my job.

You would be surprised how many times he's flipped someone off at the office. I've personally counted 15 separate occasions since we all met Linda Barnes, though they were all as she was walking away with her back turned.

I made some of my OCs into little Picrew characters! Julian is on the end, the rest are still within my alternate Criminal Minds universe. Would be keen to see who's interested in learning more about Julian or any of my other characters :)

I was unable to post due to a case that required the team's full attention. Now that I'm back, I'm looking for some advice on whatever the hell this is. I can not tell if this is a joke...

I don't think people understand how good at manipulating people JJ Jareau is. She and Penelope may look innocent but they are anything but.

Sometimes I wonder if joining the BAU was the right decision, particularly after seeing some of the worst of humanity pretty much daily. But then I sit at my desk as Dr Reid explains how Star Trek is fairly scientifically accurate and Penelope attempts (and fails) to do the Vulcan salute.

And suddenly, my doubts are gone.

I will likely never tell them this... But they are the reason I keep going.

For someone who knows everything about the Internet, Penelope’s posts are actually crazy.

But I suppose that’s why I love like her so much.

Also, not really appreciating Prentiss insulting my intelligence simply because I am not caught up on office gossip. Clueless? Please.

Aaron Hotchner is truly insane.

It is a commonly known fact at the office that I, Julian Mikhailov, strongly dislike cats. This was discovered by the team about a few weeks after I started at the BAU.

Recently, Penelope sent our work chat these two images.

She thinks this horrifying creature looks like me.

I am not saying she is correct…however, I will say my confidence has taken a direct hit.

Since a few people have enjoyed seeing some of the messages I receive from my coworkers, here’s a conversation from a few months ago.

Cats in general still unnerve me. However, Sergio has become the exception.

Update to my previous post: The plans to go to that book signing are going ahead. There are two things about this that concern me.

1) The costume was originally made for Dr Reid’s mother.

2) I am a 6’4 man.

3) I have agreed to this (albeit reluctantly) without having seen the clothes in the first place. Just because my one of my coworkers made them.

And now Penelope’s heard about it. Can’t back out now.

“Bond with your coworkers” they said. “Be a good team player” they said. This is nothing but a moment of weakness on my part.

For context, Dr Reid had been talking about a book signing event he and his mother wanted to go to. She’s feeling sick and can’t leave her care home in time to go in a few days. No one else can go. I may or may not have felt bad for him.

Also I think he’s scared of me, which is apparently not good for team morale. I can’t imagine why.
