@jmizzle03
I found when doing this assignment that I kind of do nothing a lot. I often take moments throughout the week to literally do nothing. I just sit in my bed and just stare at the walls. I try to empty my mind and not really go into any deep thought. So for this assignment I honestly was really excited because I feel like I already to this a lot. The hardest part about this was probably emptying my mind from thoughts and overthinking things. I also think it’s interesting how I can drift off and just do nothing for a period of time. It’s very therapeutic to me, not having to think or do anything is very relaxing to me. I enjoyed this process overall and I will continue to practice it weekly. I think everyone should at least take a day and do nothing for at least 20 minutes and just free their mind.
For the picture strictly just showing the word art I feel like the mode symbol best fits this picture. The reason why I chose symbol because art is not something everyone knows me for. This is definitely something a person who really knows me and follows my life would know about me. So this is definitely something that has to be learned over time.
For the photo with my computer I would have to say the mode index is a good way to represent this photo. I feel like a person would have to observe me and really watch me to know how this computer is apart of me. My whole life is practically on this computer. The only way to understand that is to observe and understand over time the significance of the computer.
I would associate the mode symbol with these headphones because to understand the significance of the headphones or music in general you would have to know me as a person. By seeing a picture of beats headphones all you can really gather is that its just a pair of headphones. Therefore the relationship ultimately has to be learned rather than just basing information strictly from the headphones.
