Being in constant motion is an inherent necessity of the existential condition of the human being. In the past we were nomadic and free, today tied to "security" we need to travel, explore and know something new to feel alive again. My name is João, with a college degree in mechanical engineer but photographer from heart and soul. I'm from Terceira island in Azores, now based in Porto, Portugal. ⛵ Safe Harbor Sunset 🌅 You know when we find a good bay to watch the sunset when all sailboats choose it as a safe harbor for the night. We were on a pebbles beach and we just wanted to relax and take a dip. When we were alone on the beach and felt the temperature drop at the same time as the sun did, we saw the sailboats starting to enter the bay. With this vision and a sweet moment of peace, after the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik, we begin to see the colors of the sky turning into shades that only the Adriatic Sea has to offer. Not even the cold against the wet swimsuits made us move our feet until completely dark. Black water bay 🇭🇷 Some time before sunset I went to this bay ... I got a good spot with the composition I wanted to make a team blending. But this place was cursed. It was the beach of the kayaks and as the end of the day approached they all returned. I tried to keep my position but when they started back in the tens and under the threat of being rammed I had to abandon my spot.
