some antipsychotics can make you more susceptible to heat exhaustion because they make it so your body cannot regulate your body temperature correctly. I learned this the hard way last summer, I got really nasty heat exhaustion while on a high dose of quetiapine. so check if your meds react badly to heat, and if they do, please be sure to wear your sunscreen, have light cover ups on or with you, wear a hat, and stay hydrated! be safe

re: people in the notes asking for sources regarding canada's involvement funding neo nazi groups in ukraine, all sources are from canadian publications and news sites or canadian writers for international sites. again, none of this is really discussed outside of canada and even then it's pushed aside and minimized, so i don't expect people outside canada or ukraine to be aware of this.

chrystia freeland is not only a longtime member of canadian parliament but the current deputy prime minister who has been set up to be trudeau's successor in the federal liberal party. she has been present at ukranian nationalist rallies in canada echoing common far right ukrainian rallying cries used during euromaidan and she is openly proud of her family's nazi heritage. none of this is new information to those in canada trying to resist and stop canadian interventionism in ukraine, especially when our tax dollars are funding these far-right militias. as a canadian, i do not want canada sending millions of dollars to neo nazis or funding war in eastern europe. i do not want someone who happily identifies herself with her nazi collaborator grandfather or with far right militias in ukraine to be in charge of the canadian government, or have any presence in canadian government at all.
