I am always surprised at how lucky I have been in this life to have the amazing friends and fans who support my music. The folks who come see us in my opinion have become my freinds...not just fans. I have had people treat me and my guys so well out on the road, at venues and believe it or not, in there homes. Being a touring musician can be tough, but the people who support our music have made it so much easier. I woke up this morning feeling very lucky to be given the chance to love my chosen vocation. In the recent past I felt very disconnected to my career as a musician. I had to remember why I loved playing in the first place. I thought about it and realized it was simply..... It made me feel good. It made people who were listening feel good. We were in communion.
