“Well, good thing you won’t be doing that!” Bianca lets our a nervous laugh, pulling her ankle closer. The girl tentatively rests her ankle on the coffee table opposite to the couch. “I would go get the ice but I don’t know if I’d make it that far.”

“Of course I wouldn’t do that, it wouldn’t make any sense. Though, I don’t know your fave would be pretty priceless if you saw me take a needle to your ankle.” Joey nodded at her excuse, waving the situation off of the girl. “No don’t even worry about it, I’ll get it.” Joey trailed off to the kitchen, grabbing a plastic baggie and filling with ice, but she made sure not to forget the washrag around it. It only took Joey a few minutes to get the whole process finished and then she was right back to Bianca. “You want me to put a movie on or something so you’re not tempted around to move around much??” The petite female asked while placing the ice bag on her friend’s ankle.

“What do you mean that it’s going to pop?” Bianca exclaims, her eyes widening as she peers up at Joey. “It needs to be better by tomorrow. There is so much practicing to do, and the spring formal is coming up! How am I going to help set up if I can’t walk?”

“I mean it’s swollen, like it looks like it would burst if I took a needle to it. -- Which means, that’s not good.” Joey rolls her eyes at the girl’s crazy standards, a soft sigh leaving her lips as her arms crossed over her chest. “Well, we’re gonna need a lot of ice and you’re gonna have to throw your foot up.”

“Absolutely nothing would make me happier than just going back to the dorm and playing Far Cry. ---... I mean, have you seen it?? That game is damn sexy I’ll tell you what. It’s 120 frames per second too. That’s double a normal game, though I still have to set the cords right on the TV. I had a friend mod my PS so that it works much faster, meaning my KDR is gonna go up. Man, I’m DROOLING just thinking about it.”

“So, today at practice we were trying to do a Superman when one of the spotters decided that they weren’t going to do their job. It was a simple mistake, they are still a great person and I’m so excited to try again tomorrow!! Anyways, I ended up falling and I’m pretty sure I messed up my ankle. There’s a pep rally coming up soon and I would never miss a pep rally if my life depended on it, so does this look bad??” Bianca gestures towards her ankle which is transitioning to a medley of purple and yellow. “Or do you know where I could buy an ankle brace this late??”
