While I no longer identify as gay (lesbian) I struggle with simply wanting to be loved and held by someone; a woman. This all stems from my past and the abuse.

It would be easy for me to give in to the temptation of loving a woman and being in a relationship with one. I have chosen to follow Jesus Christ. By making this decision I am to turn from my old ways, not give into temptation, turn to Jesus in time of trial, relying on his strength to get me through, knowing that my life in Christ is better than my life without him.

Today is one of those days that I just want to be held and it is nothing more than a temptation for me to fall further into the world of sin.

I didn’t realize how many posts I had written when I was actively posting on here. I was going to delete my blog but I might keep it just to mark how far I have come in my journey.

Btw, the dog is not being punished for his (deserved) actions and the local sheriff actually praised the dog, saying the family was lucky that the dog was there.
