hey there! 

So in my original bio for John I wrote during Bingley’s previous run, I had that John works part time at bright + beautiful boutique! tbh retail is nOT his thing and he’s not a fan of dealing with customers (so obviously this is the perfect job for him haha!). I do think he knows how to put on his “customer service face” and he’s a hard worker who does put pride in his work (even if this isn’t his thing) but i do think he likes to both joke around and complain when customers aren’t around haha! Not sure what you think Greta would think of him as an employee? If you don’t think she’d keep him around, I’m also cool with him doing something especially stupid and getting fired, b/c I could absolutely see that happening too haha

anyway, yes!!! I can definitely see them having met through Hannah!! Also, John’s updated bio says that Lydia and John are friends, which I can totally see!!! I feel like Lydia drags John to do lots of things he hates to do like hiking and horseback riding and trIVIA and he just rolls his eyes and complains dramatically but he does just love doing things with his friends (he really doesn’t care what it is tbh!! don’t let his complaining fool you!!) The one thing he WON’T do is eat healthy haha she will have to pry his buffalo wild wings from his cold dead hands

These two are friends!!!!  And I feel like its a disaster lakjsdlfkjsdjkf <3  Like, it’s a small miracle that she’s alive on her own, throw in an element like him and…well I feel like all of Bingley is a lil surprised/relieved whenever they go out together and still come back alive/not dismembered ldksjfakldsjf  Anyway, she deF worries about him!!!!  Like???? how is he alive w that diet????  She doesn’t know!!!!  Emily 100% tries to force feed him guac and at least once she made a veggie burger and told him just that it was a burger to get him to eat it and idk what happened but I feel like that probs didn’t end well tbh alksdjfkljdsf she’s like ‘i’ll remember you fondly when im 32 and you’re DEAD’  Anyway, she also spends time feeding his buzzfeed quiz addiction ++ she’s always happy to run lines w him!  If they grew up together, she probs roped him into her plays as a child in which case she probs takes credit for his career choice lkajsdfkljds  Anyway!!  What’re your thoughts about these two?

Anyway, I feel like he and Emily probably become friends pretty quickly??!? Since they are the same age, I can see them having been friends since like kindergarten?? Even at five years old, I see them gossiping together in the back of the classroom and getting in trouble for talking/coloring when they were supposed to be doing their addition worksheets instead haha

omg so idk what hannah thinks of john but … he really likes her!!!!! I think he’s probably had a crush on her for awhile now and, at first, he definitely tried to play it cool and subtle but tbh idk that he really knows how to be eiTHER of those things and there’s a 95% chance that all of bingley (including hannah) knows he has feelings for her #facepalm

so yeah he probably teases her like “one day you are going to fall for me too!” or whatever but it’s just a joke and he doesn’t think that she will ever really see him in ~that way (probably also has no idea that she has a crush on his roommate levi tho)
