Hey ms kinklo! :) Could you give us some fics where john is a little self conscious - worried he's not fit enough, not interesting enough, scar isn't hot, not smart enough for Sherlock - and sherlock finds out and is like "you are a++ fuck me into the mattress"? As in: john being a little insecure but not toplock, I'm not sinning lol

not toplock ended up being Difficult for this subject but anyway here’s some fics close to what you’re looking for 

Slim to None by testosterone_tea  - this deals with John developing an exercise addiction and arguably also an eating disorder, so the self-consciousness is Big (switchlock at the very end but not described)
